Benaddict, Slim & Ella Mae Sueref: Seven Days + LP News

I’m very happy to be able to share new music from Benaddict, Slim and Ella Mae Sueref. The trio first collaborated back in 2017 when they released Teal – a personal favourite from the Village Live catalogue. Now they’re back with a new album on the horizon and it looks set to prove that their last union was no fluke. Seven Days is one of the tracks that has been released ahead of the full drop, so you can get a feel for the jazzy soulful blend of hip hop that the trio embraces. Pre-orders for Cerulean are available now via Bandcamp, where you can also hear three more tracks. The full album is due for release on 3 November.

Joe Corfield & Slim: KO-OP 2

New release incoming from UK producers, Joe Corfield and Slim, as they team up with Cologne collective and musical outlet, KO-OP. The project boasts a total of 17 tracks, split between the two producers, as well some particularly tasty cover art courtesy of Berlin-based artist, Rahel Süßkind. The full project is set for release on 1 February, but for now you can sample some of the tracks below.

Benaddict, Slim & Ella Mae: Teal

More gold on the way from the Village, as Benaddict, Ella Mae and Slim unite their ample talents for Teal. The pre-orders went live last night and considering how popular all Village Live’s other releases have been, you would be wise to make your move soon.
Benaddict and Ella already worked together on The Garden of England, so I can vouch for their chemistry on a track. Along with the addition of Slim’s relaxed yet intricate production, Teal looks set to be another must have.
