This was a solid release from back in June that might have passed you by at the time. Hailing from Andover, Broken Poetz are two MCs called D.Know and Mystero, who have been putting music out together for the past few years. Read the rest of this entry »

The end of last month saw the release of the new Three Headed Beast album, which is in my eyes their strongest release yet. It’s been a few years and a few projects since the trio first put out a record together and the work they have put in since then has definitely not gone unnnoticed by both listeners and critics. The new album from Three Headed Beast is due out next week, so this week saw them drop this new track, Control. This will be the first LP from Jinxsta JX, Twizzy and M.A.B, following on from the success of their two EPs and it looks set to be another solid release. Read the rest of this entry »

More new music from Twizzy, as he recently graced us with his latest EP, Home Ground.
Produced entirely by Australian based Mat Rafle and featuring appearances from Genesis Elijah, Inja, Jinxsta JX, MAB and Elaborate, Home Ground demonstrates Twizzy‘s continuing progress on the mic and is a welcome addition to his already hefty back catalogue. Read the rest of this entry »

Riding high on the success of his recent SBTV debut, Twizzy drops the latest video from his upcoming release Done With All The Bull. Loud & Clear is produced by longterm collaborator Hutch. Pre-orders for the album can be made via Bandcamp and the release date is 6 July.

Its been a minute since I posted anything, but this should make up for my absence. The brand new video from Twizzy, the first to be lifted from his hugely anticipated album, FarmFoodz, which is produced in full by Farma G. Take Notice is a moody affair, with Twizzy delivering a strong first taste of the album, which sees its release on 28 November.

There aren’t many MCs I know who sound as hungry on a track as Twizzy does and no one I know who seems to have that hunger in him 24/7. Over the last few years I have watched him hone his skills and use his emotions to keep striving to better himself as a rapper. The results are tracks like this new one, produced by UK favourite 184, which you can grab on free download here.

A big yes to this new one from undoubtedly one of Bristol’s most prolific MCs. Twizzy just released yet another EP, Way Beyond the Bullshit and this track is taken from it. The EP is produced by Hutch and the video was made by Aodh Breathnach.

The Three Headed Beast is back with a new video, the next to be taken from the Self Driven EP. Production on the title track was handled by Strange Neighbour and the video was made by Phil Escott, at 441 Films. The EP is still available on free download over at Bandcamp.

Feeling this latest video from MC/producer duo Raw Product. They enlisted the help of Bristol MC, Twizzy, for the exceedingly dope Now You Know. Produced by Stealf, with verses from Mista Flix and Twiz, this is solid boom bap with soul. It is the second single to be lifted from RP’s debut album, Supplying the Demand, which is due out on 30 May on De Facto Entertainment.
