Statik Selektah has a new album coming out next month and yesterday gave us another glimmer of what to expect from the project, thanks to the release of No. 8. The track features a blistering set of bars from Griselda’s finest, Conway and Westside Gunn, as well as Statik’s regular collaborator, Termanology. The album is released in full on 8 December, with pre-orders available now.

New track from Statik Selektah, taken from his forthcoming album, 8. The New York-based producer has enlisted the plentiful skills of mic murderers, El-P & Killer Mike, on Put Jewels On It and as usual the two MCs seem to push each other to bring their best to the beat. The album is due for release on 8 Decmber and if you pre-order now, you get Put Jewels On It right away.

A brand new Joey Bada$$ track just appeared on Soundcloud. Produced by frequent collaborator, Statik Selektah, 500 Benz is a nice sax-laced affair; ideal soundtrack for these summer evenings. You can stream it below.

Surprise collaboration from Wiki and Your Old Droog, as they release the What Happened to Fire? EP. Featuring some dope verses from the two MCs, as well as production from the likes of Black Milk, Statik Selektah and Illmind, it’s a strong release all round. Conway dropped a new video yesterday, for the Statik Selektah produced burner, Birdy. Shout out to Above the Rim.

This is the latest joint to be released from the Statik Selektah and KXNG Crooked collaborative project, Statik KXNG.

Statik Selektah is arguably one of the most prolific producers in rap, as you can see from his Soundcloud. The Curve is just one of the new tracks he has blessed us with over the past week and it features a weighty list of guests in the form of Westside Gunn, Conway, Droog and Termanology.
