NxWorries ft. H.E.R.: Where I Go

It’s been a while since we heard from NxWorries, but yesterday Anderson .Paak and Knxwledge reappeared with a brand new single, in the form of Where I Go. The track also features a strong feature from H.E.R., who assumes the role of Paak’s mistreated partner in both the song and the video, culminating in heartbreak and cake loss.

Knxwledge: 1988 (Stream)

Another great record which saw its release on Friday, is the latest album from Knxwledge. The LA producer has been teasing us with little bursts of instrumental brilliance in the run up to the album’s release, with the full project harbouring a lot more gold within. 1988 is an instrumental album for the most part, save for a couple of sublime exceptions, including a new NxWorries joint as Anderson Paak jumps on board for itkanbe[so nice]. There is also vocal support on the closing track, with Knxwledge enlisting Durand Bernarr and Rose Gold for minding_my business. You can hear the album in full below, with physicals available via Stones Throw. Continue reading “Knxwledge: 1988 (Stream)”

NxWorries: Lyk Dis

Anderson Paak and Knxwledge recently released a new video for one of the tracks from their 2016 debut, Yes Lawd! Lyk Dis is arguably one of the highlights from the album and the animated video only adds to the appeal. The animation comes courtesy of Andy Baker who brings life to Rhymezlikedimez’s illustration skills. Yes Lawd! is out now on Stones Throw.
