New music from the Blah camp, as GROUP announce their arrival with the release of their debut single, Everything I Know. No official info about the crew has been released yet, other than the fact that the track is produced by Jack Chard, but you will probably recognise the other members when you hear them. Everything I Know also features a slick verse from Lord Apex. This is the first single from GROUP’s forthcoming vinyl release, 1. More news on all that coming soon.
Milkavelli recently dropped a mini mix of new music, which features the 616 God finessing over a tight production selection from Nobodies Home – aka Lee Scott, Sniff and Jack Chard. The illustrations for the video (and accompanying merch) were done by J. Neilson.
Lee Scott returns with a surprise new album, closing off another triumphant year for him and his Blah cohort. Runcorn’s mnost infamous cult leader had already blessed us with two singles from the project – Rocket Fuel and F U Save Me – the latter featuring Philly MC and producer, Sadhu Gold. Sadhu is not alone on the roster, with fellow Blah OG, King Grubb, making his presence known on two of the tracks, as well as a fine feature from Jam Baxter on Colossal Jones. Production for the most part is handled by Lee, with his Nobodies Home partners assisting him on one track and Jack Chard bringing his instrumentation skills to the mix. The album is only available via Bandcamp for the moment, with a full release on all platforms following shortly. The two singles are available to stream below. A nice little lo-fi oddity from the Cult Mountain boys arrived a few days ago, to coincide with the two nights of madness they had planned in London for 616 & Friends. Life is So Hard is produced by Lee Scott and Trellion, with the multi-talented Jack Chard on synth duties. The track is available for download over on Bandcamp for the devilish sum of £616, or for free if you cop a pre-order on their latest hoodie.
Some new music from Cult Mountain resident, Milkavelli, emerged after dark yesterday. Cold Outing is produced by cult leader Lee Scott and Button Eyes’ resident musical don, Jack Chard. Expect more from Chard and the Blah boys coming soon. You can stream Cold Outing below. Continue reading “Milkavelli: Cold Outing”
