Strong new track from Blueprint, as he gears up to release his latest album, Masterpiece. Themes of social injustice are perused in the self-directed and produced video, ably assisted by the Hard Writer himself, Has-Lo. Masterpiece is out on Weightless Recordings on 22 May.

The ever prolific Has-Lo released a new project last night, following on from his instrumental tribute to the mighty Prince Paul, which emerged in June. A Singular Point of Light is packed full of the same ingenuity, depth and thought-provoking lyricism that I’ve come to expect from Has-Lo.

A new Open Mike Eagle release is always something to look forward to and when the first sample is as wonderful as this, it’s hard not to get little-kid-at-Christmas hyped. 95 Radios is produced by Has-Lo and is the first single from the upcoming Brick Body Kids Still Daydream, which is due for release on Mello Music Group on 15 September.
