The mighty Village Live recently announced their latest release from Gas-Lab and Traum Diggs, the follow-up to the duo’s 2013 project, Jazz Hop. Heartskip is the first video to be lifted from the album and features singer/songwriter, Res, alongside the ample talent of musician, Hector Mario. Jazz Hop Vol. 2 is scheduled for release on 1 October, with vinyl pre-orders available from the Village Live store.

Gas-Lab ft. Marcello Gallo: Jazz Cats
One of my favourite releases of the year is Gas-Lab’s Fusion album and this latest single is a perfect example of why. Featuring some sublime trumpet playing from Marcello Gallo, Jazz Cats is the ideal accompaniment to these lazy, hazy days. The album is out now on Village Live Records.
Gas-Lab ft. Traum Diggs: Know a Little
Another great video from the equally great Gas-Lab album, which was recently released on Village Live Records. This particular joint features Brooklyn MC, Traum Diggs, following on from a few older collaborations between the two. The Fusion LP is available to buy here.
Gas-Lab: Chemistry
The ever dope Village Live Records have another strong release coming soon, courtesy of Argentinian producer, Gas-Lab. He’s also a talented instrumentalist, as this video for Chemistry demonstrates.
