Elzhi: Seven Times Down Eight Times Up (Stream)

The new album from Elzhi is out in full today. Produced in its entirety by JR Swiftz, Seven Times Down Eight Times Up is more of the same solid lyricism we’ve come to expect from one of the most consistently dope and competent rappers of the last two decades. Couple of welcome features from Fes Roc and Monica Blaire, but for the most part it’s simply Elzhi doing what he does best. You can stream it below and downloads are available via Fat Beats. Tom Caruana: Inner Space (Stream)

The mash up master, Tom Caruana, returns with another incredible project as he continues to blend areas of music that would otherwise remain perfect strangers. Following on from his earlier ventures, including Wu Tang vs. Hendrix and Wu Tang vs. The Beatles, the Tea Sea Records founder has now delved into the instrumentals of German experimental rock band, Can, who were one of the pioneers of the Krautrock explosion that occurred in the late-60s. L’Orange ft. Blu & Elzhi: The Difference

Another stunning leak from the upcoming L’Orange album. The Ordinary Man is due out on 27 October on Mello Music Group and can be ordered here. You can steam The Difference below. Continue reading “L’Orange ft. Blu & Elzhi: The Difference”
