Dr Syntax and Pete Cannon return with their second EP of the year and the follow up to their 2017 release, The Tonic. You can stream The Tonic 2 below and downloads/physicals are available from Bandcamp. Continue reading “Dr Syntax & Pete Cannon: The Tonic 2 EP (Stream)”

Dr Syntax & Pete Cannon: One Of The Illest

One of UK hip hop’s more enjoyable unions over the years has been that of Dr Syntax & Pete Cannon. The start of next month sees the release of the next instalment of their ongoing collaboration, as they bring us the Let’s Talk LP. It will be their third full length project together and at 17 tracks deep, it looks set to be a bit of a beast. One of The Illest is the first single and should serve as a good entree to the main course, which is due for release on 2 February. Pre-orders are available now.

We spoke about how he came to work with Mouse Outfit, where hip hop could be headed and his future plans with Pete Cannon. Continue reading “Dr Syntax: Interview”
