Another strong video from the equally strong new album from P.O.S. Faded is produced by P.O.S and features a guest spot from Lady Midnight. The album – Chill, dummy – is available now on Doomtree Records.

P.O.S released his latest album recently and very good it is too. His style has definitely changed a lot since the Ipecac Neat days, but the evolution hasn’t lost any of the grit that got me into his music in the first place. Yesterday saw another video released from the project, this time for Bully. Chill, Dummy is available to buy now over at the Doomtree store.

Doomtree frontman P.O.S has a new album on the way and yesterday saw the premiere of a new video over on Hip Hop DX.
Lanes is the third leak from the LP, following on from Wearing a Bear and sleepdrone/superposition, which emerged last year. You can pre-order Chill, dummy over at Bandcamp right now and it is scheduled for release on 27 January.

Check out this excellent new video from Sims’ latest album. Produced by ICETEP – who brings a crazy drum & bass style beat – it’s the next in a string of dope releases from the Minnesota MC.
No spoilers but keep your eyes peeled for some cameos too. The album, More Than Ever, is available to buy now from the Doomtree store.

Sims recently released his new album and so he dropped into Audiotree to showcase some of the latest material. This is the full session – 37 mins in total – and is a good example of why Sims has always been up there with my favourite indy rappers. Read the rest of this entry »

And again. I posted the audio for Sims’ new single Brutal Dance and then two days later a video emerges. Produced by ICETEP, this is another song lifted from the new album – More Than Ever – which is due out next week.

Regular readers will already be aware that Sims has a new album on the horizon and yesterday saw the release of the third single, Brutal Dance. Electronic glitch funk courtesy of ICETEP provides the backdrop. You can stream the track below and then the album, More Than Ever, is out on 4 November, with pre-orders available here. Not long ago Sims dropped a new audio track off and now he’s back with a video to go with it. OneHundred is a visual trip with kitsch imagery aplenty, thanks to Otis N. Stanley’s handiwork. The single signals the not too distant arrival of Sims’ new album More Than Ever, which is due out on 4 November.

New fruit from the Doomtree as Sims drops off a new track, in the run-up to his album release in November. OneHundred is produced by Lazerbeak. The album, More Than Ever is available for pre-order here in a selection of tasty bundles.

Wearing a Bear is the latest track to emerge from P.O.S, as he links up with fellow Doomtree vet Lazerbeak. In my opinion, these sort of tracks are P.O.S at his best, with echoes of his earlier material coming through strong. The track is available to download now over at Bandcamp.
