Slick new video from Chris Crack as he gears up for the release of his latest album. I have no idea how many albums he’s released to date, but it’s a lot and somehow they’re all good, or at least definitely worth exploring. This time he’s hooked up with UK favourite, Sonnyjim, who handles production duties, and what a beat it is. The album, Might Delete Later, is due for release shortly on Fool’s Gold.
The insanely prolific Chris Crack, came back with yet another new project this week, which makes it something like his fifth this year alone. Soulmates Never Die is a tiny sliver of dope that’s lifted from the new album and you can expect tiny slivers throughout as none of the tracks go above 1.5 minutes. Still worth exploring though, as Chris’s work always makes for an entertaining listen. You can hear the full thing now over on Spotify.
Another win for one of the more prolific rappers of his generation, as Chris Crack drops Never Hated I Just Waited. One of my favourite things about Crack’s projects, aside from the obvious lyrical strength and production choices, are the track names and Never Hated is no exception. Personal favourites include Michael Jordan Don’t Leave Comments, Printed Out Mapquest Directions and I’m Goin To Thailand Soon. Production comes from a range of top names including Ugly Boy Modeling, Mfn Melo and Your Old Droog. The album is available to stream below, with downloads on offer over on Bandcamp. One of the more prolific artists riding the current wave of rap, Chris Crack, has returned with another new album, something like his fourth project this year. Just Gimme A Minute clocks in at 21 tracks long, but with the majority sitting just above the one minute mark. As usual Chris has enlisted the help of some great producers for the project, including Stepchild, August Fanon and Cutta. Just Gimme A Minute is available to stream below and you can cop a download over on Bandcamp. Continue reading “Chris Crack: Just Gimme A Minute (Stream)”
Another new release from Chris Crack, less than a month after he blessed us with Being Woke Ain’t Fun. This Will All Make Sense Later is released in conjunction with another hardworking rap entity, Chong Wizard, and the project is produced in full by August Fanon. There are features too, with cats like Vic Spencer, Ugly Boy Modeling and Tree all gracing various tracks with their presence. The album is available to stream below, with downloads and limited edition cassettes to be found over on Bandcamp. Continue reading “Chris Crack: This Will All Make Sense Later (Stream)”
