More dope from the Corners trio, as they continue to ride the wave of acclaim for their debut LP. Pepper Sauce is produced by Downstroke and the video was made by Marco Vallini. The album is out now on Innit Records.

A great debut from a great group of established MCs, who have come together to form something of a UK supergroup. Beit Nun, Benny Diction and Deeflux have all been familiar names on the scene for years and have made some classic tracks as their own entities, but Corners may be their best work yet, as the combined power of the three creates something a little bit special. Another solid album from Granville Sessions has been given life and is now available for your delectation. Monument is the third album from the South London crew, following on from 2011’s No State and 2013’s Forward, both of which were well received by critics and helped earn a reputation for strong lyricism, alongside notable live performances. Strong new video from Corners in the run-up to their album release next month. Featuring Dan Bull, Hidden Illnesses is produced by Deeflux. You can pre-order the album right now over at Bandcamp.

Ideal Sunday sounds in the new video from Benny Diction, as he celebrates the release of his latest album. He has a habit of hooking up with producers that fit his style like a glove and this time round it is Blue Buttonz, who provides some lovely jazzy breaks for the LP. The album is called Button Up and is available to download now over at the BBP Bandcamp.

Brand new video from the recently formed UK rap crew, Corners. Individually they are Benny Diction, Deeflux and Beit Nun, and their debut album is due to emerge some time in the new year.
I have had the pleasure of hearing it and as you can tell by the two leaks we’ve heard so far, it’s sounding really tight. This track is produced by Bambu Hands, with DJ Rasp on the cuts. More news on the album coming soon.

Brand new video, from a brand new crew as Corners make their entrance on the UK scene. It’s a new crew, but with some very familiar names, as this is the brainchild of longstanding UK MCs Benny Diction, Deeflux and Beit Nun. Expect to hear a lot more from the trio in the near future, but for now get settled with Ain’t No Way, produced by Rey Holliday.

Moose Funk Squad representatives Luca Brazi and Joe Represci (aka Jester Jacobs) have gone and made an album together. Entitled the Truffle Barons LP, this is quality rap with a good understanding of not taking yourself too seriously. This video features friend and frequent collaborator Benny Diction. Check the video, then check the LP over at Broke Records.

Brand new video from the excellent Ghost album that dropped recently. This particular joint features Punning Clan representative Benny Diction and a suitably slick video made entirely by Ghost. Shards of Memories is available to buy now via Bandcamp.

I’ve been meaning to post this since it came out a few weeks back. Another solid release from UK MC Benny Diction and another solid release for the Boom Bap Professionals label, who are already making 2016 a good year for rap. Benny teams up with Beit Nun for The Best, with a nice laid back beat by Dusty Ohms and Lilac Qi. This is the next in the BBP Singles Series and you can cop a free download over at website.
