Thomas Poulsom’s Lego Birds

lego1

I’m a big bird lover and was a bit of a Lego fiend back in the day, so this collection of UK birds, created entirely from everyone’s favourite building blocks, is definitely my new favourite thing. All the favourites are here: bluetits, goldfinches, kingfishers, woodpeckers, puffins and robins, all featured in various ‘action’ poses.
They are the creations of Bristol-based designer Thomas Poulsom and he is hoping to get them added permanently as an official Lego collection. You can help him achieve his goal by visiting the Lego site and pledging your support for these brilliant birds; all that’s needed is a quick registration with the site and a couple of clicks. Go here for more info and to register.
